Plans are underway for the 57th annual Barry’s Bay Santa Claus parade.
This year’s parade will travel through downtown, starting at noon on Saturday, Dec. 3. The route starts on Kelly Street and proceeds to Paugh Lake Road, then south to Highway 60 and through downtown, towards the arena.
The event is put on by the Madawaska Valley Lions Club. It will award prizes for the best three floats including a top prize of $200.
