Don’t even bother looking at gas prices in central and southern Ontario tomorrow.
Dan McTeague, gas price analyst and President of Canadians for Affordable Energy, is predicting a 6 cent a litre jump on Thursday.
“Thursday is just not a day to fill up or to buy fuel. Wait until Friday to do that, I’m expecting at least a five cent decrease, the first decrease of this scale in several weeks,” McTeague says.

It’s looking like we are heading for yet another record high for gas prices, he says, but thankfully that may be the end of the line at least for now.
