A pre-trial date has been set for Basil Borutski in connection to the murders of three area women last fall.
Borutski appeared in court briefly yesterday and was unresponsive when questioned directly.
The judge set the pre-trial date for June 13th and has requested duty council to be present since Borutski still does not have a lawyer.
The crown will soon be applying for a court appointed lawyer.
Borutski is accused of killing three women in and around Madawaska Valley on September 22nd last year.
