Ontario is reporting close to 1,000 new COVID-19 cases.
Sixty-nine per cent of Thursday’s 998 cases are in the hot spots around the GTHA.
There are 948 more resolved cases and nearly 35,800 tests completed.

Another 13 people have died from the virus bringing the death toll to 3,195.
