The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP says thank you.
Constable Shawn Peever says their 22nd Annual Christmas Angel program just wrapped up and it was a big success. An angel represented a local child in need and people could choose an angel which they would buy a Christmas gift for.
He says that they had 240 angels to start out with. Peever states that people came in and took one or multiple angels. Some even participated as a group with their workplace or other.

At the end of the day, no angels were left unclaimed. He says thank you for making a child in our community’s Christmas a little brighter.
