Negotiations between the Madawaska Valley Culture and Heritage Society and the township could be revisited.
After the two sides couldn’t come to an agreement during a negotiation process, a fresh set of eyes will be brought into the matter.
That’s because Madawaska Valley CAO Sue Klatt has offered to meet with the committee and take a look at the where the negotiations left off as well as the direction they can take next. Klatt believes she can bring an unbiased perspective to the negotiations, as she wasn’t part of the review committee.
