A Hastings Highlands man is facing sexual assault charges.
Renfrew OPP began an investigation after receiving a report on April 30th from a teenaged boy who claimed he had been sexually assault by a man he met on social media.
Michael Daly is charged with sexual assault of a person under 16, sexual interference, and invitation to sexual touching of a person under 16. Daly has been released on a promise to appear for his first court date on May 30th.
