There will be a need for Long Term Care Nurses in Renfrew County soon.
That’s according to Shelley Sheedy, Director of Long Term Care with Renfrew County, who says more Long Term Care Nurses will be needed sooner rather than later.
The Grove in Arnprior will be getting 36 new Long Term Care Beds, while six more will be added to Valley Manor in Barry’s Bay.

Sheedy says a Long Term Care Nurse has different duties than a nurse at a hospital would.
Renfrew County has 9 Long Term Care Centres including Valley Manor.
