Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke MPP John Yakabuski is thrilled to see the province supporting the forestry and lumber industry.
This comes after it was announced that Ben Hokum and Sons Ltd. would be getting $5.5 million from the province over the next five years. Yakabuski says this industry is a huge part of Ontario’s economy.
Yakabuski also says he worked with the sawmill during the application process for the funding.
