Valour High School in Petawawa is currently in a lockdown.
That’s according to Upper Ottawa Valley OPP, who says officers responded to the school just before 7:30 this morning after a threat was made on Facebook towards the school.
Police say there is no threat to public safety and that this is an ongoing active investigation at the moment. OPP says the school remains in lockdown as a safety precaution.

OnTheBus.ca says that several buses with students were rerouted to a secure site and are safe with staff.
