Nominations for the Ottawa Valley Tourism Awards are open.
The awards, which were first introduced in 2014, are presented annually to participating Ottawa Valley Tourist Association members. There are three award categories include the Marilyn Alexander Tourism Champion Award, the Business of Distinction Award and the Special Event of the Year Award.
OVTA members can self-nominate themselves or nominate another business or individuals, with nominations closing March 16th. The winners will be selected by a panel consisting of OVTA board members as well as a representative selected by Renfrew County Warden Jennifer Murphy on April 30th.
