Local Women in Business Being Celebrated on International Women’s Day

Local women in business will be celebrated on International Women’s Day this year.

The celebration is being hosted by Enterprise Renfrew County in partnership with Renfrew County Community Futures Development Corporation. It will feature multiple guest speakers including Nina Spencer, who will be sharing tips how women can love the entrepreneurial work they do.

A recent survey by Statistics Canada states that in Ontario, there are nearly 395,000 female entrepreneurs. The celebration will be held at the Best Western in Pembroke from 9:00am to 2:00pm on March 8^th.
