Police Investigating Serious Collision on Highway 17

Renfrew OPP are investigating a serious collision on Highway 17.

Police say the collision was reported just before 6:30pm on Sunday near Goshen Road just east of Renfrew. Firefighters and paramedics also attended the scene as three vehicles were involved in the collision.

According to OPP, one man was transported to hospital in critical condition, but his condition was later upgraded to stable. The highway was closed for almost four hours as a result.
