Police are investigating a fatal collision on Highway 17.
Renfrew OPP says they are investigating a single vehicle collision that happened on Monday just after noon. Police say a man had been driving when his pickup truck accelerated for an unknown reason and went off the roadway.
Police say 63-year-old Donald Dykens of Arnprior was brought to hospital with minor injuries, which were then upgraded to series. Police say Dykens died on Tuesday in a trauma unit.

Renfrew OPP are asking any potential witnesses to come forward with information about this collision.
