If you’re looking for a donation from the Madawaska Valley Township, you may have to start asking earlier than usual.
That’s because the township is looking at implementing a deadline for all donation requests for 2018. At the most recent Finance and Administration Committee Meeting, a few dates were mentioned but none decided on.
The idea for a deadline came up in September after the 2017 donation budget for the township was exceeded in just eight months.

Committee will discuss the deadline further at this month’s Finance and Administration Committee meeting, which is scheduled for February 26th at 9:00am.
