A Bancroft man has been charged for allegedly using a BB-gun to shoot a Q-tip at a nine-year-old girl.
Kingston Police say it happened in the city last summer, while the accused was living with his girlfriend and her children.
Police say the man was abusive.

The 25-year-old is accused of causing the young girl to start bleeding after a Q-tip went through their skin.
The man turned himself in on Wednesday, and has been charged with two counts of assault with a weapon.
