Madawaska Valley encouraging applications for electricity bill support

The Madawaska Valley is encouraging residents to apply for help with the electricity bills.

The Ontario Energy Board is launching the new Ontario Electricity Support Program, which gives a monthly hydro bill credit to qualifying households on a low income.  Applications are now being accepted for the program, which is starting in 2016.
