A man has been charged after stealing a pickup truck and bringing it back.
That’s according to the Upper Ottawa Valley OPP, who says the truck was stolen from a Holiday Inn in Pembroke Wednesday morning. Police say the man had stolen the truck, and then returned to the hotel parking lot just minutes later before being arrested.
As a result, the 27-year-old Laurentian Hills man is now facing multiple theft charges including theft over $5000 and theft of a motor vehicle. He will appear in a Pembroke court next week.
