The earlier young adults start trying to quit smoking, the sooner they’ll be able to succeed.
That’s the message from the Renfrew County and District Health Unit, which has launched another year of the ‘Wouldurather’ contest.
The health unit says young adults between 18 and 29 years old can enter the six-week contest, and win prizes by cutting down on tobacco.

There are four categories to enter into.
The deadline to register is January 28th.
