A 52-year-old woman is dead after a head-on collision on Combermere Road in Madawaska Valley.
Killaloe OPP says it happened just north of Rubyville Road on Saturday afternoon.
Susan Weare of Killaloe, Hagarty, and Richards was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 67-year-old woman and 76-year-old man also had to be airlifted to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police continue to investigate.
