An Eganville man facing first-degree murder charges is due in court on Tuesday.
Zachary Wittke will appear in Eganville court to face charges related to a crash that killed one woman in Arnprior in late-September. Wittke is also accused of flight from police and theft of a motor vehicle.
A pre-trial hearing in the case was held on Thursday, although the accused did not appear. The hearing was a way for both lawyers and a judge to discuss issues related to the trial.
