Employers may be able to get an extra boost when it comes to hiring summer students next year.
That’s according to Renfrew-Nipissing-Pembroke MP Cheryl Gallant, who says the application for the Canada Summer Jobs program opens today.
The funding from successful applicants goes towards hiring summer students. To be eligible for the application, your company must be a non-for-profit organization, public sector employers or private sector employers with 50 or fewer full-time employees.

The deadline to apply is February 2nd.
