A Calabogie bar has surrendered its liquor license.

Shooters Bar and Grill originally had its license suspended by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario in late October, just two days after two local teens died in a single vehicle collision. Police believe alcohol may have been a factor in the collision.

Neither the police nor the AGCO have said whether or not the teenagers were at Shooter’s the night of the collision, but the AGCO has said the suspension was a result of the police investigation.

Brandon Hanniman and Alex Pacquette, both 18 years old, died in the collision on Highway 17 on October 27th while two other teens were injured in the collision.
