In January, there will be just one Madawaska Valley Regular Council Meeting.

That’s after it was announced at council Monday that the January 2nd meeting would be cancelled and removed from the calendar.

The reason for the change is because January 2nd is the same day that staff returns to work at the township offices.

Regular Council Meetings are usually held on the first and third Monday of each month, and the lone Regular Council Meeting in January will be on the 15th at 4:00pm.
