Despite losing his wedding ring the first year he was married, a Round Lake Centre man will have no trouble replacing it 47 years later.
That’s because Clifford and Carol Yantha have won last Friday’s $5-million Lotto 6/49 jackpot. The couple has been playing the same numbers for 35 years, and has finally won big.
Carol and Clifford say most of the money will be put towards paying the bills for their kids and grandkids. But, they do hope to put some of it towards a three-wheeler motorcycle, plenty of trips, home renovations, and restoring their 1968 Firebird 400.
The winning ticket was sold at Choices Plus on Pembroke Street in Pembroke.
