OPP Not Soliciting Funds For Community Bear Program

Killaloe OPP are warning residents about yet another scam going around the area, this one involving the police.

According to Constable Catherine Yarmel, the OPP does not solicit any funds for the Community Bear Program.

Yarmel also says you should always verify a solicitor’s information before giving them any information of your own.

The province-wide program began earlier in November.
