Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment want communities to promote sport.
MLSE will be giving out $50,000 in grants for the Community Action initiative. The money is for groups trying to grow the games of hockey, soccer or basketball within their community.
Successful applicants must have a charitable registration number or a charitable trustee. They should also have a plan for lasting impact that builds a more inclusive community and fosters diversity.
