Networking event aiming to connect local businesses

A free networking event is aiming to connect businesses around the region.

It’s hosted by Homespin, which helps businesses find economic development opportunities locally and connect with their customers through social media. Homespin is celebrating its first anniversary with a free information night in Barry’s Bay.

Social Media Trainer and Manager Natalie Robinson says around two dozen local business owners attended a similar event last year.
