A pair of men have been arrested after breaking in and staying at an apartment in Renfrew.

That’s according to Renfrew OPP, who says they responded to the call on Halloween morning. After an investigation, police found out the men had stayed in the apartment without authority to do so.

As a result, a 35-year-old Renfrew man was charged with break and enter, unauthorized possession of a firearm and careless storage of a firearm. The second man located in the apartment was also arrested, but was later released without charges.
