Family Helping Family Campaign Nearing Its End

The 5th and final installment of the Family Helping Family Campaign between the St. Francis Valley Healthcare Foundation and the Madawaska Valley Township is set to be received in the near future.

The campaign kicked off five years ago, with the township pledging $10,000 a year for five years to the healthcare foundation, for a total of $50,000 to be used towards hospital resources.

According to Toni Lavigne-Conway, Executive Director of the St. Francis Valley Healthcare Foundation, these funds have helped renovate the tub room and bring in portable x-ray machines.
