The Madawaska Valley Falcons Junior Hockey team has started a new program to hopefully create life-long fans.
The Falcons have started a program in which every weekend, a different school from around the Madawaska Valley area will have free admission for staff and students.
Team Coordinator David Mayville says the goal of the program is to create long-time hockey fans in the Madawaska Valley, as the Falcons plan on being here for the long term.
This coming weekend, Madawaska Valley District High School Grade 9 and 10 students will be attending the game for free on Saturday, while Sunday will see staff and students from St. John Bosco.
