The Madawaska Valley Public Library is taking part in Public Library Week in Ontario.
Public Library Week kicked off yesterday across Ontario, and includes a $3 million investment from to province to libraries all across Ontario.
Karen Filipkowski, administrator of the Madawaska Valley Public Library, says the grant will go towards online and digital services.

Filipkowski also says the library will have events all week, including one that gives you a chance to waive any late fees.
The Madawaska Valley Public Library is located on Opeongo Line in Barry’s Bay and currently has nearly 1700 members.
