Ontario Parks is giving visitors tips about the best times to view fall colours in Algonquin Park this fall.
While the leaves are only about 50% changed in Algonquin Park, they are expected to reach peak colour change by mid-October.
Ontario Parks says that if possible, the best time to avoid crowds when looking at the leaves is on weekdays. They are also reminding motorists to be safe if parking on the side of roadways, as well as making sure they aren’t in a designated “no-parking” zone.
