OPP Warning Pembroke Residents Of Door-To-Door Scam

Upper Ottawa Valley OPP are reminding Pembroke residents of a door-to-door sales scam.

Police say that a woman, around 45-50 years old has been going door to door selling chocolates on behalf of the Pembroke Boys and Girls Club.

The Boys and Girls Club has told police they are not part of this fundraising. The woman is described as five foot four with blonde shoulder length hair, and wearing a significant amount of makeup.

Anyone with information is being asked to call OPP or Crime Stoppers.
