Planning For Taste Of The Valley Being Discussed

The Madawaska Valley Township will be looking at making changes when it comes to Taste of the Valley next summer.

This comes after a vendor from this year’s event is requesting a refund on their booth fee after her tent was placed across the street away from other vendors.

While Taste of the Valley was at Railway Station Park, there were some overflow vendors at Zurakowski Park.

The township says next year’s planning may include a “first come, first serve” format when vendors are allocated spots at the market.

This year’s Taste of the Valley was on August 18^th, and will make four stops around the Renfrew County over the summer and fall months.
