The Renfrew County SPCA is gearing up for their annual Friends for Life Walk.
The walk is set to take place this weekend, and according to Community Development Coordinator Danielle Brunette, more than just pet owners can attend.
Brunette also says all funds from this year’s walk will go towards life-saving work for local animals.
This year’s walk will be held at the Pembroke Marina this coming Saturday with registration starting at 10, and the walk getting underway at noon.
