The Madawaska Valley has named a new CAO and Clerk for the township.
Douglas Robertson was introduced at a council meeting earlier this week by Mayor Kim Love, who says council voted unanimously in favour of his hiring.
Love also mentioned that Robertson has strong people skills, and that he will be an excellent fit for the community.
The Madawaska Valley Township had been without a CAO and Clerk since Craig Kelley resigned in December to pursue a position with the Renfrew County.
