A suspect has been arrested in connection with last month’s armed robbery at a Mac’s Milk store in Pembroke.

The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP says a 27-year-old Laurentian Hills woman has been charged in an armed robbery where a woman entered the store and demanded money before leaving on foot when a car entered the parking lot October 13th. She is facing charges of Robbery Using a Firearm and Disguise with Intent. The suspect is due in Pembroke Court tomorrow.

The OPP detachment’s Crime Unit is still investigating a robbery at the same store September 14th, when an unarmed man stole cash. Police say the suspect is a white male, five feet nine inches in height with a medium build, wearing a red sweatshirt with a hood and Canada in white lettering, light blue jeans and a black ski mask.

Anyone with information can contact police or Crimestoppers.
