Upper Ottawa Valley OPP is taking part in the annual Kin Club Kids and Cops Fishing Derby this Saturday.
Children will join OPP officers from 9am until noon at the Marina Breakwater in Pembroke.
There will be prizes available for the largest fish caught in each age category, and the event is free to children under the age of 12.
Young fishers are asked to bring their own rods, reels, bail, and an adult.
