Ontario To Build 40 More Elderly Persons Centres

The province has announced a plan to build 40 new seniors’ centres across Ontario.

The province says the new centres will offer seniors social and recreational programming.

The province will be listening to proposals on where to build new centres this coming fall.

They will join an existing network of 263 Elderly Persons Centres, including the Opeongo Seniors Centre in Barry’s Bay.
