OPP Asking Public’s Help After Robbery At MacKay Convenience in Pembroke

Upper Ottawa Valley OPP has asked for the public’s help following a robbery in Pembroke.

Police responded to a call at MacKay Convenience on MacKay Street at 3:45 Tuesday afternoon after a man waved a weapon and demanded cash from the employee working. Officials are investigating the store.

The suspect left on foot after getting some money. He is described as a white male with a medium build, approximately 20 years old with short blonde hair and stands around 5-foot-9. He was last seen wearing a blue and white bandanna on his face, large blue sunglasses, black jeans and a black tank top.
