Bancroft man charged after being caught impaired in a parked vehicle

A complaint about an indecent act has landed a Bancroft man with a handful of charges.

It happened early on the morning of July 8^th on Flint Avenue in Bancroft.

Bancroft OPP says a 23-year-old was found in a parked vehicle, and police determined he had been drinking. The man is also said to have been uncooperative with police.

He now faces charges of care or control of a vehicle while impaired by alcohol, an indecent act in a public place, and failing to comply with probation.
