The annual poppy campaign has started in the Ottawa Valley.
Branch 406 of the Royal Canadian Legion in Barry’s Bay has started its campaign, leading up to Remembrance Day. Donations to the poppy fund are being accepted and crosses and wreaths are being sold.
The legion will be hosting a ceremony to honour our veterans and soldiers November 11th at 11:00am. Doors open at 10:15am. For more information, click here.
