Some residents have mixed feelings about whether or not employers should be allowed to ask for sick notes.
The province is proposing a law that would allow employees to take up to 10 sick days a year without having to give their bosses a doctor’s note starting in 2018.
Some residents tell Moose FM they agree with the law, while others don’t.

The Ministry of Labour reports employees currently have to give their bosses doctor’s note upon request.
