The Hastings-Lennox and Addington MP is calling on you to help make North Hastings more accessible.
MP Mike Bossio wants local businesses and community organizations to apply for the 2017 Enabling Accessibility Fund.
Those who apply could get up to $50,000 to build, renovate or retrofit their facilities to make them more accessible for those with disabilities.
Bossio says this is part of the federal government’s goal to reduce accessibility barriers and make sure everyone has equal opportunities.

The deadline to apply is Wednesday, July 26th.
