If you are tired of spotty mobile service, help may be on the way.
The Eastern Ontario Regional Network has asked both the provincial and federal governments for just under 3-hundred million dollars to improve mobile data service in Renfrew County.
EORN Co-Lead Jim Pine says public safety is the primary focus of this public-private sector project.

Pine says the EORN hopes to get approval from both levels of government by the end of the year.
If that happens it will be another 4 or 5 years to build the network.
