Madawaska Valley residents to get MPAC Property Assessment Notices

Residents in the Madawaska Valley are about to start receiving Property Assessment Notices from MPAC.

The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation began mailing close to one million notices to Ontario taxpayers on Tuesday. MPAC says the notices show the value and type of property. The corporation says the last assessment update in Ontario was done in 2012 and that the next one is coming up in 2016.
