OPP reminding kids of Halloween safety rules

The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP is reminding kids of safety rules this Halloween.

This means having a light coloured costume so that you can be seen, having make-up instead of a mask so that you can see and having a short costume to stop tripping.

Use a flashlight.  Avoid crossing in the middle of the street and always trick-or-treat with other people for safety.
