The Renfrew County District School Board and CUPE Local 1321 have reached a tentative collective agreement.
The school board says the tentative agreement with the Canadian Union of Public Employees will be effective once both parties have ratified it. A central tentative agreement also has to be reached before the deal can take effect.
RCDSB Chair Dave Shields says trustees are pleased to have a tentative local collective agreement for clerical, secretarial and information technology support staff.
