Hastings Highlands on Track to Meet Strategic Plan Goals Over Next Two Years
Hastings Highlands is on track to meet its strategic goals by 2019.
That’s according to Operations Manager Adrian Tomasini, who has put forward timelines to council about plans for repairs to Highway 62 and converting some landfills into waste transfer stations.
Tomasini says more information on repairs to Highway 62, along with a long-term vision for all roads, will be coming up at the next council meeting.
Treasurer David Stewart says another goal is to have next year’s budget ready by the end of 2017.
CAO Pat Pilgrim has listed a number of priorities for the municipality to accomplish in that timeline.
This was part of Strategic Plan Quarterly reports present to Hastings Highlands Council during its meeting yesterday.
